Former: Health Sector Survey for Eastern and Southern African Countries
Vendzulu Development Agency was appointed to explore the profile of suppliers and service providers mandated to procure equipment and render advisory services for Eastern and Southern African countries with regards to primary health care. This was used to develop a database for use by JICA, when providing development assistance with infrastructure to agriculture-; education- and health programmes.

Vendzulu Development Agency was appointed as a Project Management Consultancy to conduct a scoping study and subsequently implement the organisational changes required to optimise all business processes and ensure transformation of the Special Pensions Unit.
