Organisational Development (OD) could be an invaluable process for enabling service organizations to develop the internal capacity to accomplish its objectives effectively and achieve excellence in Service Delivery.
Vendzulu Development Agency does not subscribe to complex theories and strategies for Organisational Development, but we simply find the most simple and practical way to manage the change process to bring about the desired end result. We do this through three basic principles that are highlighted in our Mission Statement: enable, enhance and empower.
