Project Implementation

The Project Implementation entails the execution of the project management processes required to achieve the project objectives or deliverables as outlined in the project plan. But while many solutions appear good on paper, Vendzulu Development Agency never loses sight of the fact that these processes will be performed by people. We therefore consider this during our project planning and we adopt a people-oriented approach in every step of the Project Implementation.
As best described by Henry Ford: “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” At Vendzulu Development Agency we realise that no Project Implementation can be successful, unless you obtain the buy-in of all the people involved.
