Project Monitoring and Evaluation

Programme- or Project Monitoring and Project Evaluation form part of an ongoing project management process that Vendzulu Development Agency performs, to ensure that the execution of the project is controlled. This enables us to identify problems and take corrective action timeously, whilst still remaining on track to meet the project deadlines.
In laymen’s terms, we would put project management controls in place, to regularly gauge where the project is at; where it should be and how we can get it back on track again.
