Change Management
Change Management is aimed at providing the leadership and guidance required for an organisation to effectively achieve the transformation required to reach the goals of a particular Project or Service Delivery Programme.
Studies reflect that the predominant reason why the majority of projects fail to meet its objectives, is not due to project-related variables such as technicalities or budget. In fact, at the heart of most project failures, lies people-oriented issues such as resistance to change; lack of training and unrealistic expectations.
It is for this reason that Change Management forms an intrinsic part of the project management processes followed at Vendzulu Development Agency. Our Change Management Model is based on five very simple, but highly effective basic principles:

- 2. Instilling a desire to support and participate in the change;
- 3. Providing knowledge about the benefits and nature of the change;
- 4. Equipping with the ability to implement the change; and
- 5. Reinforcing and sustaining the change.
Ultimately, our Change Management processes drive towards implementing uniform business procedures that will ensure minimum impact as a result of the changes, whilst maintaining excellence in Service Delivery at the same time.
